what a useless place;id been there so many times to help my son get a passport,but until now still no joy.what sort of people working in that establishment,why they are scared to let the non applicant in.. bloody ridiculous! I don't understand it I beg the security guard to let me in with my valid ID and passport but he wont let me. why?they let my son in but then have asked my son a load of questions and requirements which is my son wasn't familiar to so obviously it ended in a disappointment...I know he is an adult but he needs assistant for this matter and I don't think the staff are not very helpful at all,unless thy don't know what to do either.they should change the whole system that bcoz they are in the possession thy think they are above everyone and should knell down on them.we are now a civilized country .why cant employees be civilized as well. huh im really dissappointedof the system and policies in that dfa ,pls give an answer to this ..thank you
